Kitchen Confidential is coming to TV and no, I don’t mean Anthony Bourdain’s excellent A Cook’s Tour (Yes, I watch the Food Network, you gotta problem with that?) Alias’ Will Tippin, Bradley Cooper, will play a character loosely based on Bourdain in the Darren Starr produced show. Apparently, it will also feature Nicolas Brendan (Xander from Buffy the Vampire Slayer) and John Daley (Sam from Freaks and Geeks). A Freaks and Geeks, Buffy, Anthony Bourdain, Alias, Sex in the City love fest? Count me in!

I was lucky enough to share a smoke break with Mr. Bourdain at one of Mrs. Astronaut’s work events a few years back and his super-smart, chain-smoking, hard-assed persona is perfect for a TV show.
