Bookworm Field Trips

Public service announcement time. Both Chuck Klosterman and Neil Gaiman are going to be in town soon to promote Killing Yourself to Live and Anansi Boys, respectively. They’ll be reading, hawking their wares, and answering questions from the local nerd squad (myself included).

Since Neil Gaiman is booked at Kane Hall, I wonder if he’ll make use of their big screen and show us some Mirrormask goodies.

Hope to see you there.

  1. Sharyn Says:

Neil Gaiman is one of my favorite authors and, oddly enough, he lives not far from me, but this time around his Minneapolis signing is not really in Minneapolis…it’s at, ack, the freaking Mall of America. Nooooooooooooooooooooooo!

  2. Astronaut Says:

That’s awful, but in the context of American Gods, he might have done it on purpose.

  3. Sharyn Says:

    Too true.
