We Go Way Back

I never have my shit together enough to go to movies anymore, so when I do, I’m always hoping that I’ll find something really good that makes me tear up a little and remember that movie theaters are one of the last great hiding places left in the world. The amazing thing is that I did.

We Go Way Back is a beautiful, sad, sweet film about a woman meeting her 13 year old self. If you’re in Seattle, get your ass to the Varsity theater and see it before it’s gone. If you’re elsewhere, you owe it to yourself to keep a look out.

I will add this to my list. I will recommend another movie. Little Miss Sunshine is one of the best films I have seen this summer. It is a Laugh Out Loud movie that shows us how dysfunctional and bizzare our world is these days. The pagent scene at the end is the BEST!!
